Red Devils matmen victorious at Zide Rumble

The Calhoun County Red Devil wrestling team participated in the Bob Zide Rumble of Williamstown on January 27, capturing 1st place honors.
The Red Devils placed ahead of eight other teams from West Virginia and Ohio.
Individually, Calhoun placed eleven varsity wrestlers in the top four place finishes of the thirteen weight classes they entered.
Winning first place honors were Seth Jarvis and Sean Gungle and finishing second was Cody Clark and Tyler Bain.

The remaining team members and placements were: Nick Stevens (3rd), Eddie Burrows (4th), Derek Roberts (4th), Jeff Goodrich (3rd), Aaron Yoak (3rd), Jeremy Conley (4th, wrestled as a 'B' team wrestler), Caleb Hart (4th), and Zac Yeager (3rd). Other wrestlers who competed were: Austin Moore 'B' team, Will Abicht 'B' team, Tim Sutro, and Christian Cottrell.
