POTATO CHIP INCIDENT - Police arrested 52-year-old Billy Edward Willis of Rupert with illegal possession of a firearm. The complaint says Willis allegedly took a nine-millimeter pistol and began walking to his niece's house in Hines because she stole a bag of his potato chips. A Greenbrier County sheriff's deputy spotted Willis walking along US 60 toward Hines. Willis allegedly threw something over the guardrail and police found the pistol and a gun case. Willis had been convicted of second-degree murder in Fayette County in 1979. He now faces up to five years in prison. MAN SHOT MULTIPLE TIMES - A Proctorville, Ohio, was shot in downtown Huntington Tuesday, in the middle of the night. 26-year-old Michael Poe was shot several times in front of an apartment building. Poe did survive and went through surgery at St. Mary's Hospital. Police do not have a suspect and have made no arrests.
