| A Palestine, Wirt County man is dead after his vehicle was struck by a tractor-trailer in Parkersburg.
Randy Lockhart, 43, died at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital Friday afternoon.
Wood County crash investigator Kevin Hornbeck says Timothy Mabe of Charleston ran a red light in his semi-truck and crashed into Lockhart's Cadillac.
Lockhart was the owner of Singer Sheet Metal of Parkersburg.
Hornbeck says Mabe was arrested for negligent homicide and appeared in magistrate court Friday afternoon.
