WVAH-11 NEWS: December 19, 2006 CHARLESTON - A road rage incident involving three men and an off duty State Trooper and his wife leads to major police response and an arrest. City Police, deputies and troopers rush to a parking lot across from Charleston's Federal Express office after reports a fight was about to break out between the men and Sgt. C. J. Ellyson. Police say the men pulled out from a methadone clinic and the driver had stopped for a GREEN light. The off-duty trooper honked his horn - the men pulled off the road and waived for Ellyson to stop. 33-year-old Rodney Bias of Clothier was arrested for having a stolen license plate on his car. The other two men were handcuffed and questioned, but later released.
