| With the temperatures taking a dip, some people are worried about how they will pay to heat their homes this winter.
Starting today you can apply for low income energy assistance, provided income guidelines are met.
You can get an application at the local Department of Health and Human Resources office.
Applications will be accepted through December 14th.
If you got assistance last year, an application should have come automatically in the mail.
