Khoury, arrested on August 3 by State Police charged with DUI, speeding, driving while suspended/revoked and driving left of center. Clarification from Dr. Elias H. Khoury, a Grantsville and Spencer physician, states the individual arrested is his 18-year-old son of Charleston. Dr. Khoury expressed serious concern over the problem his son is having. Magistrate Court records show Elias M. Khoury was released under $1000 PR bond.
