The Calhoun High School theatre class presented a play designed to teach children about bullying.
They performed "The Three Billy Goats Gruff" to Arnoldsburg Elementary School students in the high school auditorium and video-conferenced the play to Pleasant Hill Elementary students. The play was then repeated for middle school students.
When some of the characters tried to cross to the other side of the bridge, the billy goat threw them off. The play was followed by "a lively discussion about bullying."
The cast included Cenneth Jolley, Matt Whipkey, Cody Cottrell, Caleb Ball, Randy Proctor, Beth Richards, Sarah Moore, Jessica Cosgrove and Rebecca Bowman.
