- State vs. Billy Ray Hardway, pre-trial hearing related to felon with a firearm, granted permission to have attorney Drew Patton represent him.
- State vs. James D. Hall, larceny charges, sentenced 1-10 in state penitentiary, currently serving sentences.
- State vs. James M. Jones, sentencing meth related charges, continued to February '07.
- State vs.Mark Higgs, filing of information, set for plea.
