Hundreds of cars with hundreds of kids flocked up and down Rt. 16 and US 33 near Arnoldsburg last night for the annual trick or treat event.
An Arnoldsburg highlight is the Spook House at Jack and Janet Marks residence, where hundreds of kids and their parents waited in line to be taken through a series of ghostly rooms
