Mildred B. Villers, 80, of Annamoriah, Calhoun County, WV, died Tuesday, August
7 at St. Joseph Hospital, Parkersburg, WV.
Born at Burnt House, Ritchie County, WV, she was a daughter of the late Scott T.
and Ova Mae Grogg Greathouse. She was a member of the Snyder Chapel
Community Church at Annamoriah and was a homemaker.
Surviving Mrs. Villers are her husband of 62 years, George Darrell Villers; a son and
daughter in law, William and Sherry Villers of Glenwood, Georgia; two daughters,
Patsy B. Bowers and Sandy Fowler and her husband Terry Fowler all of
Annamoriah.; a stepson, Roy Darrell Bowers and his wife Mary of Grantsville, WV;
five sisters, Maxine Davis of Slate, WV, Pauline Messner of Barberton, Ohio, Jaunita
McFadden of Burning Springs, WV, Virginia Swart of Annamoriah and Emma Arthur
of Mineral Wells, WV; four brothers, Buck Greathouse of Bellview, WV, Eugene
Greathouse of Burning Springs, Huey Greathouse of Lowell, Ohio and Frank
Greathouse of Portage Lakes, Ohio; twelve grandchildren; twenty two great
grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by six brothers and five sisters.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville.
Reverend Farley Blankenship will officiate. Interment will be in the Snyder Chapel
Cemetery, Annamoriah. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:30 to 9 p.m.
Thursday.
