| An Arnoldsburg man has pled guilty in Roane County to two counts of obtaining money under false pretenses.
Dennis L. Cottrill, 23, has been accused of cashing unemployment checks that belonged to another person.
He faces a maximum penalty of one year in jail and a $2,500 fine for each count.
Cottrill will appear before Judge David Nibert in Spencer on December 4.
Harold S. Billingsley II of Arnoldsburg was charged with domestic assault and Douglas W. Harper of Sand Ridge with petit larceny in Roane magistrates court. |
