A Newton, Roane County man was sentenced to four years in prison for distributing methamphetamine yesterday, according to a news release from the U.S. attorney's office.
Gordon Facemyer, 38, pleaded guilty last May, admitting that he twice sold an ounce of meth to a confidential informant for $1,500 in 2003.
Facemyer was sentenced to 46 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine by U.S. District Judge Joseph R. Goodwin.
