| Evelyn Sole Burrows, 87, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, passed away October 21, 2006 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Parkersburg.
Born May 29, 1919 at Quaker City, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Jessie M. Groll Sole.
She was a resident of Five Forks, Calhoun County, WV until the Spring of 1959 when she moved to Parkersburg where she resided until her passing.
Surviving are two daughters, Betsy Lynch of Laura, Ohio and Merlene Cline of Pataskala, Ohio; 1 son, Dean Burrows of Parkersburg; daughter-in-law, Judy Burrows of Parkersburg; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary E. Ritchie; a son, Richard Hale Burrows; and a daughter-in-law, Edith L. Burrows.
Funeral services will be held 12-noon Wednesday, October 25 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, WV. Rev. Rick Metheney will officiate. Interment will be in the Broomstick Cemetery at Five Forks.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening.
