Calhoun Varsity Girls Defeated Williamstown at Williamstown on Thursday evening for 5th place in the LK.
This means Calhoun will get the bye in the first round
of sectional play and then will face Williamstown for the Sectional for a chance
at making it to Regionals.
Scores were 25-23, 25-20, 25-21.
Calhoun scorers were Dani Church - 10 (8 blocks, 66 sets), Courtney McKown - 10
(9 kills), Tessa Batten 20 (5 aces, 4 kills), Caytee Prusack 8 (5 kills),
Kayla Hixon 19 (8 aces, 3 blocks), Joceyln Cunningham 2, Melissa
Jarvis 6 (2 Kills).
