| Patricia (Patty) Knight Richards, 62 of Parkersburg, West Virginia, died Saturday, October 7, 2006 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg.
She was born in Calhoun County the daughter of the late Desmoin and Maggie Richards of Norman Ridge.
Surviving are two sons, Boyd (Bo) Richards of Big Springs and Jerry Knight of Nicut; two daughters, Teresa Knight of Parkersburg and Neena Knight Sampson of Grantsville; three sisters, Dessall Starcher of Ohio, Sadie Cunningham of Parkersburg, and Anna Music of Pt. Pleasant; four brothers, Larry Richards of Big Root, Ronzel Richards of Norman Ridge, Denver Richards of Big Bend, and Perry Richards of Gilmer; six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, James D. (Jody) Richards; one brother, Charles Richards; two sisters, Ola Tripplet, and Dottie Richards; one niece, Heather Richards Myer.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, October 12 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Rev. Alfred Hickman will officiate. Interment will be in Norman Ridge Cemetery.
Visitation will be held two hours prior to time of services. |
