The Enon Baptist Church held their annual homecoming and gospel sing in September 9.
A special dedication service was also held during the event. A picnic shelter was erected last year and dedicated in memory of the former Pastor Harry Siers, who went home to be with the Lord on April 20, 2006.
Reverend John Vannoy (Pastor Harry's brother-in-law) conducted the dedication service.
A special power point presentation titled "A Tribute to Pastor Harry" was shown by Tina Bryant and Anita Vannoy, with Linda Jarvis doing the presentation.
The Gospelaires from Parkersburg presented the gospel sing.
There were 135 plus people in attendance. Pastor Harry would have been proud of that many people and the abundance of food that was provided.
