GREENBRIER MAN WOUNDED IN POLICE SHOOT-OUT -
A Greenbrier County man is facing charges following a standoff with State Police that ended when a trooper shot him in the arm.
55-year-old Lee Roy Harron allegedly fired at least ten rounds at officers during an incident at a residence near Dawson.
Police were responding to a domestic dispute when Harron allegedly shot at the officers. He is also accused of shooting at his girlfriend, Susan Peyatt, as she fled the residence.
A State Police sniper wounded him. He was treated and released from the hospital.
Harron was charged with one count each of kidnapping and domestic battery and ten counts of wanton endangerment and is being held without bond at Southern Regional Jail.
TWO KANAWHA MALES STABBED - Two males were stabbed Friday night near the Westwood Apartments on Big Tyler Road in Cross Lanes, according to the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department.
Police were unable to say why the stabbings took place, but indicated both subjects were young.
They were taken to CAMC.
