| Lizzie G. Sanders, 92, of Lewis Center, Ohio, died Monday, September 18, 2006, in St. Ann's Mt. Carmel Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
She was born November 12, 1913, in Ripley, Jackson County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Andrew Lloyd and Minerva Cobb Hersman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil R. Sanders; two sisters, A. Fay Bailey and Stella Hersman; two brothers, Holly and Harvey Hersman.
Mrs. Sanders was a homemaker and a Methodist.
Survivors include her son, Melvin Sanders of Lewis Center, OH; one sister, Nellie Wilson of Waynesville, NC; two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, September 23 at 2 p.m. in the Spencer Memorial Cemetery, Spencer, with the Rev. John W. Lowe officiating. Friends may call at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home after one o'clock p.m. |
