 Goldie H. Shimer Arthur Richards, 94, of Grantsville, West Virginia, died Friday, September 15, 2006 at her home.
She was born October 2, 1912 a daughter of the late Okey and Annie Cunningham Shimer. She was a lifelong resident of Grantsville.
She is survived by one son, Richard Lindell Arthur of Elyria, Ohio; four grandchildren, Richard Arthur, Jr., Sherrie Gall, Sue Scarbrough and Debbie Raven; 10 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild, all of Ohio; three sisters, Arthelia Richards of Elizabeth, WV, Blanche Kendall of Mt. Zion, and Pauline Cline of Twinsburg, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ted Arthur and sisters, Clareth Wilson, Ollie Ford, Pearl Reed and Virginia Williams, in addition to her parents.
A private family service will be held at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville on Wednesday, September 20.
