Ernestine Hall Hardman, 70, of Stouts Mills Community departed this life Sept. 15, 2006, at her residence following an extended illness.
She was born Aug. 20, 1936, in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late Ray and Erma Runyon Hall.
Mrs. Hardman was a homemaker, former employee of Kinney Shoe Corp. and a Baptist by faith.
On April 7, 1956, Ernestine was united in marriage to Paul Douglas Hardman, who preceded her in death Sept. 30, 1978.
Surviving are one son and two daughters, Douglas Hardman and wife, Tammi, of Tanner, Tena Jones of Stouts Mills, and Debra Shiflet and husband, Phil, of Stumptown; one sister and one brother, Madeline Beal of Ohio and Virgil Ray Hall of Stouts Mills; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Ellyson Mortuary Inc., Glenville, with the Rev. Howard Swick officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Fork Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Mortuary.
