The Calhoun County Committee on Aging has purchased a new van for West Fork residents to travel to the center and other events.
The van was purchased through the state 5310 program. State L.I.F.E. (Lottery Income for the Elderly) funds were used as a local match for the purchase. The new van can carry 12 passengers and 2 wheelchair passengers.
The West Fork CCCOA building is on-site at Minnora and construction is continuing so the facility can be placed in operation.
