A Wyoming County man has become the 45th person to die in West Virginia in an ATV accident this year.
Thirty-one-year-old Jamie Miller of Brenton was killed Saturday.
Miller was riding double on an ATV that flipped over on a mountain trail and landed on him.
The driver told officers he put Miller back on the ATV, drove to the closest home and called 911.
Neither man on the ATV was wearing a helmet. They were violating the manufacturer's safety rule of double riding, which warns of instability.
