The head administrators of the WV Division of Highways and the WV Department of Health and Human Services overpaid administrators and engineers $3.2 million, none of which were eligible for the benefits.
They will not have to repay the overage.
State administrators messed up the firing of the statehouse General Services Director. He was responsible for having the secret DVD studio in the basement of the capitol. He made $90,000 (plus the revenue from his studio, but now he has been paid an extra $50,000 because of the messed up way he was fired.
