The medical condition of Five Forks resident Daniel Johnson is improving at Charleston Area Medical Center, according to family members.
The 20-year-old was injured late Friday night when his ATV went out of control on Nobe Road.
Johnson, according to a family member, is suffering from a broken shoulder, clavicle and ribs, in addition to a severe laceration to the head and other injuries to his knee and leg.
Since his injuries will not require surgery, he could be discharged from the hospital this week.
Scott Roher, 29, who was injured Friday morning when his ATV left the highway at Russett, has been discharged from CAMC.
