Clay County's often-arrested "Iron Mike" or "Warrior Mike" recently encountered problems at a Big Otter bar near I-79, sending him to the hospital.
Reports say Michael Lanham, 32, was "cut with his entrails hanging out."
In May, Lanham assaulted Clay resident Marian Asbury, 65, reportedly after Lanham drank a pint of Vodka.
The 100-pound Asbury has secluded himself in his apartment since the beating and will not come out on the street.
Lanham also attacked and injured Clay Communicator editor Andy Waddell in April, for "ruining his reputation" by reporting on him.
Lanham has been arrested about 40 times, with about half of them for assault and battery.
