| Ethel Marie Duncan, 90, of Elkins, formerly of Gandeeville, died Friday, July 21, 2006, in Nella's Nursing Home, Elkins.
She was born June 24, 1916, in Clay County, the daughter of the late D.R. and Ocie Buckbee Elswick. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andy O. Duncan; children, Cora Ann Duncan and Andy O. Duncan, Jr.
Mrs. Duncan was a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Lena M. Moneypenny of Rock Hill, SC and Luie Griffith of Spencer; three sons, Ottie Duncan of Arnoldsburg, Charles Duncan of Spencer and George Duncan of Gandeeville; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
A funeral service was conducted Tuesday, July 25 at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Larry Jones officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Harmony.
