| Nora B. Nicholas, 66, of Lockney, West Virginia, died Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at Minnie Halmilton Health Care Center, Grantsville.
She was born in Lockney, the daughter of the late CXharles O. and Dorothy May Hopkins. She was a private caretaker to elderly people in Calhoun and Gilmer counties. She had previously worked at Sunbridge of Glenville.
Surviving are two daughters, Donna Brady of Caldwell and Pam Meadows of Lockney; a step sister, Shirley Barnhart of Massillon, Ohio; step brothers, Robert and Kenneth Brown of Massillon; five grandchildren; six step grandchildren; one great grandson; five step grandchildren; ans several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisiters, Nina Wornica and Hazel McCumbers.
Services were held at Rush Run Baptist Church with John Vannoy officiating. Burial was in Turner Cemetery, Lockney.
