| Jeffrey Arlan Stewart, 52, of Lockney, West Virginia departed this life Thursday, July 20, 2006 while vacationing in Florida.
He was born September 15, 1953, the son of the late Herbert Arlan Stewart and Mary Collins Stewart.
For the past six years he was employed by the Braxton County Board of Education as a bus driver. He will be greatly missed by his co-workers and students. He also did taxidermy work.
His survivors include his wife Deborah Meadows Stewart whom he married on September 11, 1974; four children, Christopher Stewart and wife Charlene of Lockney, Mary Beth Sauer and husband George of Shock, Scott and Keith Stewart at home; one grandchild, Christopher Ian Stewart; three step grandchildren, Rachel Murphy, Kayla and Hannah Sauer.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his only sibling, James Howard Stewart.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 26 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Elder Mark Minney officiated. Interment was in the Collins Community Cemetery, Stumptown. |
