Jackie Lee Hardway, 62, has been sentenced to one year and one day in prison after he entered a guilty plea for the distribution of methamphetamine. Hardway, who lives near the Calhoun line and Pink Road, was also ordered to three years of supervised release following his incarceration.
Hardway appeared before U. S. District Judge John T. Copenhaver, Jr. in Charleston, after the charges were filed by a U. S. District Attorney.
Hardway's son, Leonard Hardway, 33, of Arnoldsburg, is currently serving a 16-month sentence for the same charges after he pled guilty before Judge Copenhaver.
Leonard Hardway's wife, Lelia Fay Hardway, has also been incarcerated on meth charges. She was connected to a meth bust whose materials caught fire at the State Police barracks in Spencer.
