Bonnie Bird, Grantsville's longtime town clerk is retiring today after 31 years and eight months on the job.
A retirement party is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the little courtroom.
The public is invited to attend.
Bonnie worked through sixteen different administrations, with some of the mayors serving more than one term.
She first went to work with the late Chester Fluharty, who served several terms.
