| Herbert Dale Johnson, 84, of Berea, Ohio, formerly of Grantsville, died June 18, 2006. He was the son of the late Karl and Lula Hayhurst Johnson, and was a veteran of WW II. Surviving, wife, Bessie Allen Johnson; children, Annette Creager, David Matheney, Perry Matheney, Teresa Barkley and Dale Cummings. He was preceded in death by a brother, William Jacob and a sister Genevieve Ullery. Funeral services were held in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, with burial in the Bethlehem Cemetery, Grantsville.
