The Upper West Fork Community Park has three fundraisers each year, the Annual Ramp Dinner, the May Bluegrass Festival and OctoberFest.
The Park Committee would like to thank the following individuals and businesses for their support during the recent May Bluegrass Festival -
Randy Perkins and all who helped roast the pig. Jean Boggs, Joyce Hawkins, Barb Honas and Kristie Snider for working the Country Store.
Rita for scheduling the bands. Earnie, Debbie and Rita for working the gate.
Everyone who came out to listen to the music and support the park. All the ladies who helped in the kitchen and those who donated desserts and other items. Delegate Bill Stemple for obtaining grants that help the park.
Nelly's General Store, Chloe Auto & Hardware, Stinson Grocery, and Price's Market, Spencer. Your donations and support are very much appreciated.

Winner of the Remington 870 Express, raffled at the Fest was Junior Conley of Orma.
The Park Committee hopes to raise money for grills to add to the campgrounds and make other improvements to the park.
Meetings are usually the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited to come.
The park has Sings each Saturday evening beginning at 7 p.m. A feature band and a back-up band are included. Come on out and wear your dancing shoes. Concessions are available. A list of bands are announced on "OUT & ABOUT IN SUNNY CAL" on the Hur Herald. |
