 A Calhoun man, Marvin Dean Holstein, 33, was arrested Sunday and charged with at least two counts related to domestic battery.
Holstein is being held in Central Regional Jail on $10,000 bond.
Holstein, whose address was Rt. 2, Arnoldsburg, had been on home confinement, related to an earlier drug case brought against him.
Holstein, who was originally arrested by Conservation Officer John Apgar, said he was growing marijuana for his personal use and told them about his "personal stash" inside the dwelling.
