SUMMER READING REWARDS FOR CALHOUN KIDS

(06/05/2006)
The Calhoun County Library is partnering with Arnoldsburg and Pleasant Hill Elementary Title I to bring a fun summer reading program to Calhoun students.

All Calhoun kindergarten through 4th graders are invited to join the Summer Reading Rewards Program, including home-schooled students.

If your children have not already signed-up at school all they have to do is; Sign up at the Library and pick up a Book Tracker; Read books or stories for their age group and complete the Book Tracker; Turn in the completed Book Tracker at the library and pick up a prize.

Students can complete as many Book Trackers as they wish and collect a prize each time they turn one in.

There is a treasure chest of goodies to choose from at the library, and a special prize package for the boy and girl from each grade who reads the most this summer.

The program begins June 5 and ends August 18. For more information stop by the library and see Amy or Lisa or give them a call at 354-6300.
