In today's issue of the Herald we published
an article concerning a lawsuit involving the Gilmer
County Public Service District's lawsuit involving the
construction of a water line to the federal prison.
The story says Stonegate Construction of Belpre, OH,
installed obsolete equipment.
Stonegate did not install the obsolete equipment, and
we regret the error in the story.
This was a misunderstanding which occurred during
the interview process.
Brenda Lawson contacted the Hur Herald and said
the obsolete equipment was installed by another company
under the advice of Dunn Engineers.
Stonegate Construction and Dunn Engineers are named
as defendants in the lawsuit. |
