The Mt. Zion Post Office had a Customer Appreciation and Open House yesterday, with local customers stopping by to enjoy the refreshments.
Arnold said she has been working on "brightening up" the post office.
Mila Arnold, the newly appointed Post Master, said folks registered for a Longaberger basket with a book of stamps tucked inside and numerous other gifts to be given in a drawing.
The post office is open 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday.

There was several winners of other door prizes that will be notified by phone. Mila would like to thank everyone that stopped by to welcome her as the new postmaster.
