| Arson is likely the cause of a rash of brush fires in Washington District.
Yesterday evening at 6:30 p.m. the Upper West Fork VFD responded to the left fork of Mud Fork where two separate fires were burning.
Saturday night the Upper West Fork and Arnoldsburg VFDs responded to Cadle's Run Hill, where two separate ridges were burning.
UWFVFD Chief Randy Perkins advised authorities that he thought someone was setting the fires.
His department responded to a rash of brush fires on Mud Fork and Walker several days ago, all suspicious in nature. |
