SR Jeffery Lee Morris was a graduate from US Navy basic training last week at Great Lakes Naval Center. The Chloe native is the son of Ron and Joanna Morris.
"We would like to say how proud we are of our son," said the Morris family - Dad, Mom, Chris, Justin, Grandma Greathouse and Grandpa Tony.
He is a 2003 graduate of Calhoun High School, and has now been assigned to a Navy base in San Antonino, Texas for advanced training.
