Costs of extra-curricular transportation will likely be an issue before the Calhoun Board of Education meeting tonight at 7 p.m.
Booster groups and others affected by a policy of charging mileage to the groups but still being reimbursed 90% by a state funding stream is at the core of the problem, says Irona Yeager, president of the Middle School Boosters.
A report is expected to be heard regarding how the issue is handled in other counties.
