| Kamryn Elaine Boak, 3 month old daughter of Kevin and Amber (Arthur) Boak of Annamoriah, West Virginia, died March 14, 2006 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, due to complications following heart surgery.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her older brother, Austin Coon at home; grandparents, Rick and Jean Boak of Ohio and Tony and Crystal Arthur of Annamoriah; great grandmother, Elaine Boak of Ohio and great grandmother Patsy Bowers of Annamoriah; great-great grandfather, Darrell Villers of Annamoriah; Aunt Bobbie Boak of Ohio and Uncle Keith Boak of Ohio; uncles, Brent and Craig Arthur of Annamoriah; and several great aunts and uncles.
She is preceded in death by great grandfather Robert Boak; great grandparents Franklin and Norma Rohr; great grandfather Manny Bowers and great grandparents Ira and Bessie Arthur and cousin Alyssa Marie Boak.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, March 18 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Rev. John Watkins will officiate. Interment will be in the Snyder Chapel Cemetery, Annamoriah.
Visitation will be held two hours prior to the time of services.
