| Phillip Ray Watkins, 19, of Chloe, West Virginia, died Tuesday, March 7, 2006 in Waynesburg, PA as a result of an accident.
He is the son of William Ray Watkins and Mona Workman Williams. He attended Little Laurel Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he is survived by grandfather, Lanty Workman; grandmother, Rhea Watkins; stepfather, Gary Williams; sisters, Tiffany Watkins of Chloe and Samantha Jones of Clay; a brother, Jerry Williams also of Clay.
He was preceded in death by grandfather, Bill Watkins and grandmother, Dorlene Workman.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, March 12 at Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg. Rev. Darius Arnold will officiate. Interment will be in the Metheney Cemetery, Chloe.
Visitation will be held Saturday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. |
