| Nancy Ann McKinney, 65, of Millstone, West Virginia, passed away January 30, 2006 at Roane General Hospital in Spencer.
Born in Washington, DC, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Bonnie Dodson VanWinkle. She was a licensed real estate broker in West Virginia and was the owner of United Country-Country Homes Realty in Spencer.
Surviving are her husband, Douglass McKinney of Florida; one son, Joseph Hoover of Millstone; two daughters, Donna Scott of Michigan and Debbie Bowen of California; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Jerry R. Hoover, Jr.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, February 3 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring, Maryland. There will be no visitation.
