Goldie Nelson, 71 of Cleveland, Ohio, died June 27th. in Cleveland following a long illness.
Born in Calhoun County, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Daisy Taylor Richards.
Surviving Mrs. Nelson are three sons, Michael and his wife Dee Dee Nelson of North Carolina,
Robert and his wife, Bridgette Nelson of Euclid, Ohio, Anthony and his wife, Joyce Nelson of
Eastlake, Ohio; two daughters, Diane and her husband Mike Murray of North Carolina and
Vanessa and her husband, John Kiss of Geneva, Ohio; a sister, Marie Hissem; twelve
grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 2, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at the Spruce Hollow
Community Church at Big Bend. Reverend Charles Shafer will officiate. Interment will be in the
Taylor Cemetery, Big Bend. Friends may call at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville from 6 to 8
p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
