A Christmas Cantata and drama was presented at Nobe's Chapel Baptist Church last week. The performance presented a side of the Christmas story that most do not consider.
The "Heart of Christmas" shares the story of Christmas in a compelling way.
"It's about the choices Mary and Joseph, the shepherds and wise men made as it clearly presents Jesus as God's gift to all who will receive Him," according to the church.
The choir was composed of members from Chapel Baptist along with members of other local churches. Soloists included Bob Yoak, Samara Osborne, Calvin Wilson, Pam Gainer, Crystal Brewer, and Kevin Church. Duet by Calvin Wilson and Paige Toney, with a quartet by the Roberts Family.
