GIT-R-DONE RED DEVILS

(11/12/2005)

As the sun set on the CM-HS athletic field last night,
it is likely that the Red Devil squad will go to bed
with visions of winning today's play-off game at Elkins

Boosters and fans were out last night erecting signs
and banners to bolster the teams spirit, en route to Elkins

Just "Git-R-Done," win, win, win, in the school's first play-off
game since 1983, or the second time in school history

The Red Devils will be departing Calhoun High at 8:30 a.m. today, on a tight schedule to the play-off game at Elkins.

They will be facing Tygarts Valley.

Fans and supporters have erected balloons, signs and banners along Routes 16 and 5 to bolster the teams enthusiasm.

The team bus will circle the courthouse in Grantsville so early-risers can cheer'em on.

The game starts at 1:30 p.m. at Elkins High School. Admission is $6.

"I hope Calhoun folks will hit the road today to Elkins. It is really a big event for our school," said principal Mike Offutt.
