2024-Arnoldsburg resident Justine Rogers was the Parade Marshal at the 38th annual WV Molasses Festival in 2005
Rogers has now died at the age of 96.
She remained active in the family's oil and gas business until age 90, and was a long-time supporter of the festival.
She is the widow of the late Lendol Rogers, who was killed in an oil field accident in 1974. She has two children, Mike Rogers of Arnoldsburg, who continues operating the family business, and Suzanne Freshwater of Spencer.
Services scheduled at the Stump Funeral Home with interment at the Alberts Chapel Cemetery.
