Sharon Jarvis and Opal Kirchberg of Chloe, Calhoun County with the help of other area women have been busy making quilts, baby quilts and pillows.
The items are being donated to Hurricane Katrina victims who have been relocated to Camp Dawson in Kingwood, WV.
The items have been entrusted to Adventist Community Services for distribution to the victims. Two loads of quilts have already been delivered.
The ladies are in need of more materials - quilt fabric, batting, etc.
