Travis Godfrey will inaugurate this years Wendy's Championship for Children in Dublin, Ohio by hitting the first drive of the event on Thursday, August 25th at 7 a.m.
The Wendy's Championship for Children is a sanctioned LPGA (Ladies Professional Golfers Association) event in which 150 pros will compete.
Among these are 48 of the top 50 players in the world and all the top 10 players will also be there.
Travis was chosen for this honor by the Children's Hospital of Columbus, Ohio.
