There will be an auction and spaghetti dinner this Friday (June 17) by the E-lemonaid-ors, the Relay for Life team of First Baptist Church of Grantsville.
A car and a gun, along with many other items, will be auctioned.
The auction and dinner will be held at the Calhoun County Senior Citizens Center in Grantsville.
The spaghetti dinner, prepared by the ladies of the First Baptist Church of Grantsville, will start at 4 p.m. and the auction will begin at 6 p.m.
The cost of the dinner is a donation.
Several exciting items will be auctioned off, including a car donated by Furr's Auto Sales of Grantsville - a 1991 Ford Escort Station Wagon; a Winchester model 1300 20-gauge shotgun; handmade quilts and other handmade items; homemade breads and other homemade baked goods, plus many other items too numerous to mention.
All proceeds will go 100% to the American Cancer Society.
Also, the E-lemonaid-ors will be sponsoring a Golf Tournament on Saturday, June 18, at 10 a.m. at Glenville Golf Course.
