| Rose Ella (Kimble) Moore, born July 26, 1931, passed away May 31, 2005, at age 73, after a 10-year battle with cancer.
Rose was born in Calhoun County, W.Va., to Hettie C. and William O. Kimble. In 1940 she graduated from Parkersburg High School. Feb. 3, 1951, Rose married her high school sweetheart, Joseph M. Moore. She was a loving wife and dearly loved her two sons, Michael and Stephen, as well as their families.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, William F. Kimble.
She leaves behind all the grieving friends and relatives who loved her, especially Joseph, her husband of 54 years; her sons, Michael and Stephen; her daughter-in-law, Kristi; and four grandchildren, Gregory, Jennifer, Stephen and Sarah Michelle.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m today and until 11 a.m. Saturday at the Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home, 400 Reading Rd., Mason, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Susanna Church, Mason. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 11000 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio.
